Hiking has many benefit such as :

It's a great form of exercise

It relieves stress

Clears the head from trouble

Fresh breath of air

Great bonding activity for friends

I went on a hike because of some academic stress with my friends and it was relaxing, hiking is undermined because many people do not know where to find hiking trails, Google maps can help find tracks and asking locals helps too, it's really cheap and most times there's no fee at all
